The Nose

The Nose on Chatter Creek's East Ridge The Nose Trojan Phat and Skinny on the East Ridge at Chatter Creek East Ridge Cat Road at The Nose looking south

The first photo looks north along the East Ridge from the Nose, which is in the foreground. The view is toward Stovepipe Mountain. The second photo shows the Nose on the side of the Left Nostril. The Trojan, the Phat and the Skinny ski runs are the open glades on the right of the photo. The Enchanted Forest is the old burn at the top of the photo, on the far side of the ridge. The East Ridge Super Road traverses the west side of the East Ridge to the Nose and then follows the crest of the ridge north to Super Spruce and Super Bowl. The third photo shows a cat heading back south and off the Nose to pick up its group.              Back to Index
